Position Summary 

As a Marketing Programs Success Manager, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to our B2B marketing customers, helping them drive measurable outcomes using PathFactory’s platform. This role is ideal for a demand generation or ABM marketer who loves using technology to activate programs, optimize engagement, and scale marketing success across the customer lifecycle.

You'll work with a portfolio of Enterprise and Commercial accounts, partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience stakeholders to ensure adoption, success plan execution, and value realization. You’ll translate business objectives into tailored strategies and work cross-functionally to deliver insights, enablement, and program success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with B2B marketers to translate demand generation and ABM strategies into successful PathFactory programs.
  • Drive value realization by aligning product use with campaign goals, buyer journeys, and content strategy.
  • Deliver tailored success plans, coaching, and recommendations to increase adoption and drive business outcomes.
  • Guide customers through instance hygiene, content activation, and experience creation best practices.
  • Engage across Marketing functions — including Demand Gen, ABM, Content, Marketing Ops, and Customer Marketing — to influence strategy and execution.
  • Use platform insights to deliver data-backed recommendations and proactively flag risks or opportunities.
  • Partner with Account Directors on renewal and expansion planning.
  • Serve as a voice of the customer, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Support to share feedback and improve customer outcomes.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years in B2B marketing, ideally in demand generation, ABM, or lifecycle marketing roles.
  • Proven experience using marketing technology platforms (e.g., MAPs, ABM tools, CRMs, content experience platforms) to launch and optimize programs.
  • Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, buyer journeys, and personalization strategies.
  • History of translating marketing goals into tech-enabled programs that drove measurable impact.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in SaaS customer success, consulting, or customer marketing.

Location

This is a remote role in India, preferably in Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, or Mumbai. Flexibility for other locations will be considered.
